Yes and he broke his promises to the libertarians both times. The days of libertarians voting Republican as the lesser of two evils are over. I said this before the 2006 election and was flamed. I'm saying it again...flame away.

I’m a strong social AND fiscal conservative but I must admit, I laugh when social conservatives say the party has been ignoring their needs, at least they get a rope or two. Fiscal conservatives haven’t got any strong policy pushed with the exception of tax cut which many in the GOP weren’t up for a fight about anyway.
