We have a conundrum going into the next election. On the one hand we have true conservatives that don’t register well save for Thompson (my guy). Leading we have Rooty and Mitt with very little conservative support. Convensional wisdom says Rooty is supposed to come out of the Primary’s as the Repub nominee. Are the conservatives going to suck it up and vote for Rooty? Are we going to stay home and not vote and assure a Dem Vicotry? Or are we going to vote for a third party candidate if desirable? Is a Rooty presidency worse than a Hitlery or Obama presidency? Personally, I will vote as my civic obligation but I will write in my candidate if he is not the nominee I can live with.

In that scenario, I would have to go with Rudy. Now is the time to iron out the differences and bash the candidates. Once it is decided. The time comes to band together - lest we want her Thighness. Personally, Rudy seems a whole lot better than anyone on the RATS side.

I just don’t know why none of the TRUE conservatives (Hunter, Tancredo) are not polling that well.
