it’s not stupid genes, it’s stupid behaviors. These aren’t retarded people with low iq’s. That’s what liberalism does to people: it takes good genes and makes them useless.

The couples who choose abortion and sterilization may not save the planet, but they're saving the gene pool a mess o' trouble by purging their own from the mix. The Darwin Awards folks, who honor those who improve the species by accidentally removing themselves from it, will have to create a new category:
Shhhhhh! Don't tell them. Maybe in another generation, all the stupid people will be gone and we will have the planet all to ourselves.

Baby-making, she says, is "selfish" and "all about maintaining your genetic line at the expense of the planet."I wonder what her thoughts are regarding sex w/o the possibility of creating new life. Seems kind of selfish to me.

FWIW the birth rate is falling even faster in most Muslim countries than in the West, albeit starting from a higher baseline.
For instance, Iran’s birth rate is presently lower than that of the USA.

Yes, but how sad that they took the life of the one innocent in their family—their unborn child.

Well, it’s hard to make babies if you’re a successful suicide bomber.

...Yet another quip to the age old question. If you spit in the ocean does it raise the level? Well Freepers, does it?... Technically, yes, albeit infinitesimally. But yes nonetheless.

So seriously, in fact, that Vernelli aborted a pregnancy and, by age 27, had herself sterilized. Baby-making, she says, is "selfish" and "all about maintaining your genetic line at the expense of the planet."
LOL!!!! YOU! OUT OF THE GENE POOL!!!!! Personally, I think this woman makes a good point though. If we're being selfish and maintaining our genetic line at the expense of the planet, then perhaps it is time we started exploring other options, like Mars. :)

Most competition any animal will face is from its own species. This may lead to a bit of misanthropy on the part of the feeble minded.
Nobody doubts that it would be a pristine and beautiful planet without humans. But it is a developed and shaped and (mostly) beautiful planet WITH humans. Besides, we have all the hot women and chocolate. What good is a pristine planet without that?

Anytime you hear about someone who claims to be “Green”, if you crack them open like a watermelon, you’ll find that they are as red as Lenin’s boxers.

So sad for that poor precious baby. To be literally torn apart in the name of environmentalism.

One of the lines from the article that I liked best:
What I’m nostalgic for is sanity.
