SLICK IN 1998:

"Saddam must not be allowed to threaten his neighbors or the world with nuclear arms, poison gas or biological weapons. Earlier today I ordered America's armed forces to strike military and security targets in Iraq. They are joined by British forces. Their mission is to attack Iraq's nuclear, chemical and biological weapons programs and its military capacity to threaten its neighbors. Along with Prime Minister (Tony) Blair of Great Britain, I made it equally clear that if Saddam failed to cooperate fully we would be prepared to act without delay, diplomacy or warning. Instead of inspectors disarming Saddam, Saddam has disarmed the inspectors. In halting our airstrikes in November, I gave Saddam a chance -- not a license. If we turn our backs on his defiance, the credibility of U.S. power as a check against Saddam will be destroyed. If Saddam can cripple the weapons inspections system and get away with it, he would conclude the international community, led by the United States, has simply lost its will. He would surmise that he has free rein to rebuild his arsenal of destruction. The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government -- a government ready to live in peace with its neighbors, a government that respects the rights of its people. But once more, the United States has proven that although we are never eager to use force, when we must act in America's vital interests, we will do so."

Yep. Back then, Slick Willie opposed "war" with Saddam as much as the anti-Huckabee freepers opposed "socialist" Mike Huckabee when they gave him a standing ovation at the FR inaugural ball in 2005.

Let the facts of what was said speak for themselves. History revisionists truly have no shame.

Advisers to Mr. Clinton said yesterday that he did oppose the war, but that it would have been inappropriate at the time for him, a former president, to oppose — in a direct, full-throated manner — the sitting president’s military decision.

So Bill Clinton lied AGAIN. This is news?

He loathes the military. His response to WTC 93, the USS Cole, and Somalia willing to give him the ringleader supports his claim.

In the century we’re leaving, America has often made the difference between chaos and community, fear and hope. Now, in the new century, we’ll have a remarkable opportunity to shape a future more peaceful than the past, but only if we stand strong against the enemies of peace.

Tonight, the United States is doing just that. May God bless and protect the brave men and women who are carrying out this vital mission and their families. And may God bless America.

Bill Clinton is solely responsible for the deaths of Americans on 9-11-01. So I don’t give a flying fig about what he or his rhymes with rich wife has to say about anything . That is my sole reason for stating I will vote for any Republican who runs against them.

Geez what a liar! David Geffen was right. All politicians lie, but these two grifters take the cake.

Boy I hope America is smarter than to let these two thieves within 500 feet of the White House.

The three-time draft-dodger didn’t have the balls to go to war when his country called him;
why should anyone be amazed that Clintoon didn’t like this war either.

An Interview With Bill Clinton (long) (The Atlantic Monthly March 2003)

The '91 authority gave them [the current Bush Administration] authority to take military action. But they can't do it now because we're under these '98 restrictions on the inspections, which had been accepted. We need to be trying to deal with the substance, the product, which is the chemical and biological weapons and the nuclear program. But the process [is] needed to further international cooperation and do it within the context of trying to build the UN. Because if you just do the first without the second, the price would be truly extraordinary.

Now, on the occupation thing, I have a slightly different take. [From the Atlantic cover "The Fifty-first State," which he is pointing at.] My view is that we ought to be there but it really ought to be as internationalized as possible. Just like we did in Kosovo. Including the Russians and OPFOR [opposing force] and whatever. Let everybody do it. Probably they ought to guarantee the oil contracts. But, I've reached the... and, maybe, I know that.... It's a funny thing when you're not in office anymore. You don't do the security briefings. You have to understand. It requires a little humility. In some ways your vision is clearer, because you see the big things clearer. But in other ways your vision is cloudier, because you may miss the exigencies of the moment. So whenever I offer a judgment I try to show some humility, because I know that some things I see more clearly than I did when I was in, but some things I'm quite sure I don't see as clearly.

But I'm pretty sure this is the right thing to do. Press ahead with this thing, try to....(sic) We knew when we did the bombing in '98 that we hit all the known or suspected sites based on the intelligence we had, from all the people that were doing that work there. We knew at the time that we had set his program back a couple years. But sooner or later in the millennium the new Administration, whether it was Gore's or Bush's, would have to take this matter up again.

and he also let this slip out in his recent speach in Iowa...Bill: Hillary Can Put US Back on Track

“You need somebody who is strong, competent, has a good vision and never forgets what it’s like to be you,” Clinton said.

“I hope you make her the next president because she would be a great president and you would never, ever regret it.”

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO BE YOU...WOW...SOUNDS A LITTLE LIKE SAYING YOU PEOPLE DOESN’T IT...not what it is like to be us...cause baby hitlery and i are the kings of the hill
