Marc Cuban offered to sell the movie to Brian De Palma at cost so he could release it in any form and to whoever he wanted, and he refused the offer. Even the director knows his movie is worthless crap that will never make any money.

Cuban tried to bail out but De Palma wasn’t about to give back the money. Cuban was an idiot to get into this in the first place but when the heat started on him he tried to cut bait. I’m glad he didn’t get let off the hook. Everybody involved in that turkey should not only loss lots of money but also be subject to the shame of its existence.
