Rather's case will be dismissed. It truly is bullshit.

Quoting Gunga Dan from the article: “If I knew then what I know now, I would not have gone ahead with the story as it was aired, and I certainly would not have used the documents in question.”

That quote alone nails the coffin shut, imo.

So Rather admits that he wouldn’t use the documents, but would still “go ahead with the story”? Based on what, Dan? The fake documents WERE the story. Interviewing liberal a$$wipes who hate Bush and are now semi-senile, is apparently all CBS news requires for a “scoop” of this magnitude.
