I never knew about Vitamin E being a blood thinner but discovered, after numberous huge bruises that chondrotin (as in glucosomine - chondrotin) is chemically related to heprin, a blood thinner. But you’re too young to even know what that arthritis medicine is. . . . My apologies for bad spelling BTW
Thanks, Joy. Unfortunately, I’m not too young to know about arthritis - although have not been officially diagnosed. I also usually take glucosamine chondroitin, but didn’t know that that also thins the blood. Luckily though, I haven’t taken that since I’ve been sick.
