Nice smear of Kmart and people who have Kmart charge cards. I guess Sears, JC Penny, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. are all havens for miscreants to obtain charge cards too.

I think the scam is to get a credit card with a $4000 limit issued to Donald Duck living at 123 Main St., Anytown USA.
Repayment really isn't part of the program.
