*what has just been revealed, is that Jean Cretien did not say Canada would not participate in the invasion of Iraq—he didn’t get a chance to say no—the U.S never asked Canada for our assistancee/participation in the Iraq war to begin with.

The US didn’t want us in Iraq.
They wanted us in Afghanistan.
Regardless of how he tries to spin it, Chretien sent our troops to Afghanistan.
We always we doing our part in the WOT, but the Liberal Gov. denied it all the way.
