Maybe that’s not all it said, and the police are withholding information so that they can know if they nail the dirtbag attacking our Annie.
Like I said, I take mail delivered to my house by mistake and put it back in the neighbor’s box, this mail ALREADY has postage on it,,,,we have boyscouts and neighbors who put flyers for raffles and missing kitties, etc. in peoples mailboxes, we also have business people put flyers in our mailboxes for driveway paving, roofing repairs etc.,,I have gotten birthday cards from my neighbors put in my box with NO postage, I have yet to see anyone complain or anyone get arrested. I know you can get into serious trouble for removing someone’s mail from their box or opening someone else’s mail, but being arrested for putting mail etc in someone’s box is just unheard of...at least where I come from.
Personally, i think the writer wrote Hillary too, and then put the wrong letters in the others envelope. :oD
You should also know that there are issues with Florida’s homestead protection laws and trusts. In addition if the trust is recorded as a corporation, the trust information is also publicly available.
“I have every right to put stuff in any mailbox I want....flyers for missing kitties and doggies, notices about raffles, etc. etc. etc.”
A right??? No you don’t have that right at all. The USPS is pretty strict about it around these parts. I suppose it depends on the local office if they think the problem with flyers is getting out of hand.
Ann Coulter:
"I was going to have a few comments on the other Democratic presidential candidate, John Edwards, but it turns out you have to go into rehab if you use the word 'faggot,'"
Has she called people at 2/3/4 a.m.?
I think she's been getting a lot more than politic-based name calling?
You won’t get arrested, dear. You will be fined though. Especially if you put out like a hundred + flyers in a neighborhood without paying postage. If you get misdirected mail, you put it back in your mailbox with the flag up or else drop it into a regular mailbox and the USPS will take care of it. Or you can just give it to your neighbor.
actually IN the mailbox is an issue under the law somewhere. Probably the same place that gives a monopoly on first class delivery. Post box for the Postman.
or viceversa
Mind is unlisted and there is no way in heck anybody can get it unless I give it out. Then, in reality, it makes no sense (to me) if one can get the telephone number through the operator if that is what is meant by unpublished.
A policeman once told me that they spend a lot of time riding shotgun for firefighters who are trying to save homes and business property - go figure.
Public servants should NOT, NEVER, EVER be exempt from public disclosure of property records. EVER!
If it is OK for the people they lord it over, it’s OK for them. Helps keep them a bit more honest by taking away that rock they want to hide under.
I didn’t know she lived in Palm Beach. I wonder if she and Rush ever see each other.
Standard operating procedure for many occupations and for those in the public eye. Don’t know why the Miami Herald would object to this as some of their employees undoubtedly have the exemption too.
That doesn’t make a bit of sense.
She now looks like Gloria Steinem’s marginally younger sister.
too much vino
googled!
This is a nasty problem in Florida. Several years ago Collier County, (Naples), released personal information like this on Alex Lifeson the guitarist for Canadian rock band Rush, after he sued the Ritz Carlson Hotel and the Sheriff’s department. We all remember Rush Limbaugh’s battles with the Palm Beach authorities.
This stuff needs to be tightly controlled and folks who release this type of info needs to be punished with prejudice.
Anybody know the last time this was enforced?
