We can keep the Raptor close...Japan and any other VERY CLOSE ally who wants to pay the bill.

The F-35 should be made generally available to our close circle of allies...those we can count on.

I'd say "sell it to India" if they were not demanding joint production. No way on that.

A $10 billion plus dollar deal for 126(probably more) will certainly not come without a co-production agreement. Europeans and Russians are quick to offer it already.

The F-22’s biggest challenge will come from the joint Indo-Russian built PAKFA (I wish India names it PAK-F*CK).
