The only thing good about that encounter was that Fred actually varied his monotone delivery.
I realize that the Fredites here are angry that their candidate isn’t doing better, and are taking it out on “the media”.
However, Fred’s been a huge disappointment to date, seemingly lost when he should be strong, which is in front of an audience or a TV camera. His strange way of getting into the race has left him working to catch up, and I’ve not seen him have more energy that an old hound dog under his front porch.
Don’t shoot the messenger...

No need to shoot the messenger.
The message was flawed.

seemingly lost when he should be strong,Like Ronald Reagan, when he denounced the moderator for grabbing the microphone that Reagan 'paid for'.

Fred’s decision to skip the NH debate for Jay Leno is just one example of the colossal mistakes Fred has made. The fire in the belly rubric is in my opinion a poor choice of words. Fred does not have the persuasive abilities to lead the free world, nor has he distinguished himself with any great accomplishments.
His vision of restoring state’s rights is a cave-in to liberals on social issues. You notice that Fred does not talk states rights when it comes to education policy, commerce, NASA or air traffic control.
