May he rest in peace, what an incredible story of bravery and heroism. How one human can do that to another is beyond my comprehension. Perhaps it’s because as a Christian, I value life and they don’t. Is this what America would be like if the ACLU, Democrats, etc. expel God from our country?

I gave a speech in Toastmasters about another POW. One of the comments from a graduate student was “we have to tell all the young people about this so that they won’t join the military.” I was speechless after that comment.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was. Most of our laws, charities, education, everything good in Western civilization, is based on the Bible. Without it, we would be savages. Sort of like the Muslim fanatics.
