Arnold backing Prop 71 was one of his earliest horrendous acts. Not only did it commit $6 billion (including interest) of taxpayer dollars, but they amended the constitution to create a right to perform embryonic stem cell research and cloning. Totally absurd.
Well, since that state is in financial straights, it looks like they can save some money now, doesn’t it?
