Anthony DiPaolo, 22, said he wasn't ready to settle on a presidential candidate yet, but said he'd narrowed his field to three Republicans Thompson, former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney.
But DiPaolo added that he also liked Giuliani's handling of the terrorist attacks in New York and Romney's "business plan." And, he has doubts about Thompson's ability to win the nomination.
"I just think he got in too late," DiPaolo said.
Why do I think these answers are just a little too good? And that dead horse "got in too late" remark? That thing is dead and gone.

FRED THOMPSON - PRO-LIFE - 2ND AMENDMENT ADVOCATE - SECURE THE BORDERS - FEDERALIST - STRONG NATIONAL SECURITY ADVOCATE - PING!
This is great news. The tide is beginning to turn. Can you feel it? This election could truly be a Conservative victory for our Country. I have faith that Senator Fred Thompson will be our next President of the United States.

Why do I think these answers are just a little too good? And that dead horse "got in too late" remark? That thing is dead and gone.Is it? There is a finite supply of grasstop leadership in the lead off-states. There is a finite supply of quality fundraisers. There is a finite supply of elected party officials who can endorse you.
By getting in late, it's like skipping the first 10 rounds of the draft in your fantasy league baseball game.
'Got in too late' is not a complaint with an expiration date - at least until the convo.
