Since that is his belief, I would like to see how he applies that to the city of Washington DC.

You can also credit the strong economy and changing demographics (which also contributed in part to the decline in crime nationwide).

exactly...the crime rate would have dropped alot with the increase in policing. Gun control always takes guns out of the hands of the law abiding citizens. The criminals can access them and import them on the black market. Rudy is really messed up on that one.
