According to Diaz, the Boy Scouts’ policy conflicts with a local 1982 “fair practice” law which prohibits employers from conditioning employment on the basis of “sexual orientation.” Time to sue the city of Brotherly Love for having an unconstitutional law on the books that violates the Right to Free Association.
