Gays challenge traditional marriage supporters: put up or shut up
Homosexual group calls for boycott of Wal-Mart, shopping at Target instead
If Wal-Mart sales go down, gays will claim victory in support of same-sex "marriage" benefits
The Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation's largest homosexual organization, has issued a challenge to pro-traditional marriage supporters saying in essence: "Put up or shut up." They have called for a boycott of Wal-Mart while urging their supporters to buy from Target.
The reason? Wal-Mart refuses to offer "domestic benefits" (benefits given to married couples) to homosexual partners.
The homosexual organization also urged individuals to buy from Target, saying "consumers should make every effort to support" Target because Target offers "marriage" benefits to homosexual partners. (Target is the company which no longer allows the Salvation Army to solicit Christmas donations in front of their stores.)
USA Today interviewed me November 20 concerning the Wal-Mart boycott, citing--among other things--the number of HRC's "buy and don't buy guide" downloaded from the Internet and the billions of dollars the gays claim in buying power. I told Andrea Stone, the reporter who called, that AFA would promote a "buycott" of Wal-Mart and suggested that she look at Wal-Mart's sales at the end of December to see who won.
However, in her article the next day there was not a single word from her interview with me. Instead, the article was basically a "puff piece" about the homosexual boycott. Homosexuals have challenged traditional marriage supporters to do battle. We will now see if traditional marriage supporters accept the challenge.
Make every effort to shop at Wal-Mart this Christmas season. The gays want Wal-Mart sales to go down so they can claim victory.
Forward this to your friends and family and urge them to buy at Wal-Mart. Announce this in your Sunday School class, at church, etc. Ask your pastor to announce in church newsletters and bulletins that the homosexuals are challenging those who support traditional marriage. Tell them about the homosexual's efforts to force Wal-Mart to offer "marriage" benefits and Target's support for "marriage" benefits.
Apologies ...
I ALSO received it in my e-mail and it is a legitimate e-mail!
SHOP AT WALMART!
You may continue to respect priests and teachers who have been convicted of homosexual crimes, that’s your freedom in this country. I don’t choose to do so. As a matter of fact I don’t choose to respect anyone who can’t maintain a healthy and self respecting attitude about sex and reproduction. They are intertwined you see.
These homo’s are taking a queer approach to the problem. The ladies need to marry males and the men to marry ladies and they would have no problem.
Found the link for it!

“No, Im not kidding. I dont want them to be allowed to be near children either.”
SAME HERE!
Why would any rational person want to RISK their kids being MOLESTED by these perverts or look up to them as a “normal” example of a human being?
GEESH!
I tell my kids these are emotionally disturbed people and stay away from them. Just as I would tell them to avoid theives and murderers.
What could be better than a nice calm, PC worry free shopping at Christmas time. I will do most of mine at Walmart, and some at Radio Shack. Their commercials are “real” ;)
It's fine with me if they boycott Walmart and switch to Target. If they do I won't have to be nauseated by homo couples strolling through the stores with hands on each other's butts, because I don't patronize stores like Target which donate money to antigun orgs.
I'm not a big fan of Walmart either since they have become the largest outlet for Chinese made goods in the US, but at least it isn't actively supporting our internal enemies in addition to our foreign ones.
I agree with you! On shopping in general, and doubly on today!
Made the mistake of going to Wal-Mart this afternoon (Black Friday) to get some everyday items. Really should have waited. They wanted to do the total bag check (which you do not have to submit to). One of the door checkers got incensed when I declined their request and attempted to prevent me from leaving. Store manager and I had a discussion in the ante room. She was taken back when I quoted the law and Wal-Mart policy to her. Pointed out that jobs including hers were on the line if both were not followed. She backed way off, but its not clear the checkers were instructed on their limitations.
I did notice several people paying close attention to the lecture I gave the checker and the manager, and more people were declining the inspections
Your Mrs doesn't make her own decisions about where to shop?
Putting words in the mouths of others is very unbecoming of a FReeper. Please point out where I stated I respected anyone who has been convicted of any crime, let alone one of any sexual nature.
I think you meant to say 5-QUART containers of oil.
Anyway, all petroleum products are going up steadily in price as the price of crude goes ever higher, and $9 for 5 qts of quality motor oil is still cheaper than the same oil at any discount auto parts chain I know of.
now if we can just get the homosexuals to boycott the Catholic Church
I've seen this issue discussed elsewhere and there was a rather even split in comments between the elitist snobs who find Wal-Mart beneath them anyway and never show there and those who think the activists should stuff it because not all homosexuals are wealthy fashionistas.
Yea! I can now shop at Wal-Mart and not have to worry any longer about which “1 out of 10” pervert is checking out my butt.
I guess I'm not "rational" in your mind. My gay friends asre neither molestrs of children or perverted, they are just different.
Yup!!!!!!!
I’ve got to go change my clothes, we’re going to see some friends for a while, will be bak later.
