That is sad and I assume you are posting those as a reason why its ok to use force in cases like this. I still don’t agree.

Its wrong to treat people like chattel. The trend in this country is that police are feared and mistrusted. The police are reinforcing this trend by becoming more violent. Its a vicious cycle and on a downward trend.

I posted the information to correct a previous post I had made to you, which was in response to your post number 181. In that post, you noted that cops are not our betters and deserve no additional respect than anyone else does. I immediately thought of the police officers that have been shot and killed in Philadelphia in recent weeks. I had incorrectly told you 5 police officers were shot and that 3 of the 5 were murdered. Since September, 6 police officers have been shot, one of which was killed.
