But the Russians who went to the shooting range with Oswald while he lived in Russia stated about 1992 that he was a lousy shot. Were the conspirators so incompetent as to choose for a patsy some guy who couldn't shoot straight and equip him with a rifle that couldn't shoot straight? It makes no sense to me that the conspirators could have been so incompetent in the execution of the crime but supremely competent in the cover-up.
