But the Russians who went to the shooting range with Oswald while he lived in Russia stated about 1992 that he was a lousy shot. Plus the cartridges at the library were found side be side so that it looked like they were planted. Plus, it’s been proven that with the Manlicher Carcano gun it would take longer to get 3 shots off and require more accuracy than Oswald was qualified for. Oswald was a patsy by some combined forces within and outside the govt. Unless someone breaks ranks and writes their own unique book with credible information that can be proven, we’ll never know the real truth.

Were the conspirators so incompetent as to choose for a patsy some guy who couldn't shoot straight and equip him with a rifle that couldn't shoot straight? It makes no sense to me that the conspirators could have been so incompetent in the execution of the crime but supremely competent in the cover-up.
