I’ve seen the so called pools of molten steel videos.. there is no evidence there that if there were actually pools of molten steel (versus, as a fireman said in one video, red hot steel (not pools of molten steel)) what caused it. How many gas lines were broken. If there were pools, how do we know this was pools of structural steel versus thin, easily melted steel that wasn’t heat tempered (such as what is used in filing cabinets, desks, and non-structural construction.) They mean nothing, prove nothing, and just make you look completely uninformed to base an argument on it.

The information is not perfect, as there were no formal assessments of the pools, but they are described in numerous publications. As to the question of structural steel versus “easily melted” steel, even assuming the material was pure iron, it should not have melted.
