Elected to 10 terms in Congress is a "protest" candidate?

10 terms? A long time for a reformer candidate who supported term limits and promised to limit his service to two terms.

He's a fraud and a lier, which makes him a perfect political candidate.

Paul's service in Congress started in 1997, and he was therefore not part of the Gingrich led Republican Congressional victory of 1994. Where is your evidence that he had ever pledged to be a two term Congressman?

It's different when you're in Congress. You only serve a two-year term. Paul did step down after losing in 1984 to Phil Gramm for Senate.
