"how come we haven't been hit in six years? I think we all know the answer to that - the longer they wait, the more terrorists they can smuggle/sneak into our country - and the more devastating their (iminent) attack will be. Don't be fooled - these terrorists are coniving and planning...... Thanks to our 'open borders' in a time of war. /s

"Which candidate do you think is the favorite of the GWB die-hards? I think it is Romney."
I have heard that insiders in the Bush administration are pushing Rudy's candidacy.

Um...had you noticed that the name "Ron Paul" is in the title of the article? Yes...and then I read the article, which was actually about Huckabee. The Great Gatsby wasn't "about" Jay Gatsby himself either.

And that Ron Paul IS that scaryRon Paul is to the 2008 GOP nomination what Ernest T Bass was to the Andy Griffith show. A good character to pull out every once and a while for an episode, throwing rocks through plate glass windows.

The other main difference is that Ron Paul has no chance of winning. Huckabee does. ROFL. Paul just crossed $9 million in fundraising for the 4Q. How much is Huckster raising? Huckabee's a joke.

My goodness, no, Ron Paul is a “stuffed shirt” compared to the free-wheeling Ernest T. Bass. If Paul had clarified his national defense views earlier, he might have been more realistic as a candidate. Many though might legitimately fear that Paul would not defend the country from attack. I don’t think that’s true, but that is a perception of Paul. Paul, like Hunter and Tancredo, is also seriously handicapped by “just” being a U.S. rep., a position most Americans don’t take very seriously. Most see the rep. as a conduit to some federal aid to their districts.

Only Paul and Tancredo are anti-GWB. The others want the President’s good graces.
