And then the driver had 4 more chances to comply with a tazer pointed at him and the trooper saying in a clear and loud voice to "turn around and put your hands behind your back" and the retard still decided to turn and walk away. It's called resisting arrest and most cops take it seriously. Shows several signs of stupidity on the part of the driver.

I would have tazed him, too. Who knows, maybe it shocked some sense into him.
