But there are far, far fewer who are honest, intelligent and rational...
My best bud was a retired Marine Officer... he said 10% of ALL that are in the Military should be put against the wall and shot... you found one here!
LLS
I’m reminded of the young marine that stood up with his mommy at the last Democratic debates in Las Vegas.
He was wearing his “Operation Iraq Freedom” hat, but crying about the war and having to go overseas.
If he’s so ashamed of the war, then why was he wearing his OIF hat? Either it’s something to be proud of or it isn’t.
And having his mommy hold his hand was just pathetic.
The anti-American pukes have come to realize how much graditude and respect mainstream America has for the troops and have made a conscious decision to steal that goodwill for their purposes.
That the uses to which they put that stolen honor to work leads to more KIA doesn't bother them. I know that from many conversations with these bastards.
It is very much gauling that they use the memory of the fallen while ignoring the families of the fallen. Families have contacted them, but the peace bastards still use names over the objections of the families of the fallen.
Bruhn’s a real genius, took him how long to figure out the fraud that is the antiWar movement? Then the fool contradicts himself by the end of this POS article...what a whiney dumb Axx!
First, I thank the writer for his service.
However, the writer is evidently ignorant of the fact that we don't live in a democracy. We have a republic - if we can keep it.
Finally, the author insists he was dishonest when he first walked away from the agitator groups, but is being honest now. When someone admits to lying, which part is the lie? The original, or the mea culpa?
Heh. No kidding. He’s not the guy who hangs out with Code Pink outside WRAMC wearing a dress is he? /evil laugh
Having met the guy, I can tell you that you are correct. Problem is that he's an angry combative guy. Angry and stupid is dangerous to others.
The military doesn't go to another planet to recruit or fishes in a separate gene pool. Of course it tends to appeal to the patriotic, even conservative type folks, but it's still a mix of every type of American.
So you're going to get misfits like Bruhns, even Sandinista Marxists like Camilo Mejia the Chairman of the Iraq Veterans Against the War.
Thank God it,s 10% and not half like in civilian society.
There are limits to that, eg., Lee Harvey Oswald, Timothy McVeigh, Texas Tower Sniper, Benedict Arnold, etc.
Bruhns isn't at that point, but he's still coasting in that direction.
That’s an MFSO guy and he wears the dress down on Capitol Hill, not Walter Reed.
Ahhhh!! Gotcha! So many moonbats to confuse.
I guess I was thinking of that guy that has worn a tutu at WR — or am I still mixing moonbats?
There’s Midge/Mitchell Potts. He/she was the guy behind some of the people testifying before Congress and seen on CSPAN.
The tutu guy was a third loonie, Killer Bunny Guy.
Good grief — it’s like a roster of weirdos. SOMEDAY when I make it to DC, I will hopefully get to join you all. I told hubby that next summer I want to bring the kids to DC — at least the 2 oldest. We were going to do it this summer, but we had some things going on that prohibited it a little. :-)
He's as about as stable as Kraft too.
Very few.
