In my less than well educated opinion, North Korea is China’s shame. China kept North Korea a float and dear leader in power to keep a substantial number of America’s forces captive south of the DMZ for 50 years now - all at the expense of millions of North Koreans. It accomplished nothing other than the pain and suffering of millions of Koreans.
Shame on China.
North Korea is a liberal democrat dream come true. Socialism performing its endless magic.
How horrifying of an existence that you would have to flee to a poorer region of China to have a much better life. And yet, I don’t blame them. Life is China can be brutal and cruel, but at least there is a semblance of life there.
