It’s getting more difficult to distinguish our enemies. DOJ now representing traitors saying things for the US? Murtha doesn’t speak for me, he is not President nor Commander In Chief. Can any idiot say anything in Congress and get my money to pay for his lawyers?

In a word, yes. - Actually, very few lawyers bother with these cases as the law is so clear as to preclude them.

While Murtha is dead wrong - and I wish that he was all of that - he will undoubtedly prevail here and you will pay your money to defend him.

And the good citizens of his constituency will overwhelmingly re-elect him.
