John Stevens (90 years old)and Ginsburg (ailing health?) will retire. Others are in good health and will stay put.

Agree. I do not see other retiring besides Stevens (who may die of very old age before retiring) and Ginsburg who has health problems.

Souter should be marked as a likely retirement. Word is he is bored as heck on SCOTUS and is holding out for a new POTUS.
