I won’t even post to FR, from my work computer.

I figure it’s pretty non-controversial, to read FRom work, but figure all it takes is one non-PC remark posted which is read by some security person, printed and ending up in the hands of a gung-ho HR “tolerance and diversity” person, and that’s it.

Seriously. Can’t speak for anyone else, but my employee takes such things very seriously. We’ve got other rules, about other important considerations as well. Everyone knows the rules — whether they’re for purposes of data security, confidentiality or even political correctness, and it’s just the way things are.

Work is work. Home is for your own time.

Well, hopefully we can get that changes so they don't have the right. If my personal emails are open for "reading" then I need to get paid for when I use my PERSONAL TIME AT HOME to work for the company when needed. See how it works? It goes both ways.
