What’s happenin’ to your computer?

I'm not sure, but I don’t think it’s my computer. Every once in a while, single and double quotation marks draw special HTML codes in place of them and the program doesn’t appear to translate them correctly. Not sure exactly why, but my guess is that it's either Al or Jesse messin' around with me!
