Howie made his grand return to the airwaves on Friday. From now on, the live ping will be done week to week. Those on the ping list will be pinged for (most) columns, as well as Monday through Friday for his shows, though perhaps not on holidays and/or times when he'll be off (this week for example, he won't be on Thanksgiving or the following day)
Howie just “got a phone call” confirming that Mitt was the one who appointed the judge during the last days of his administration....Howie is interviewing the dad of the woman murdered by this idiot - Howie asked Mr. Slater if he would vote for Romney for president knowing what he knows now and Mr. Slater said no..........
just confirmed: the judge was appointed by Romney in
the last days of his administration
“Their head’s not even on straight.”
“Would you ever vote for Mitt Romney now that you know
that?”
“Nope.”
“Daniel Taveras was forbidden to have a gun as a condition of his parole, yet he shot your daughter and her husband
with a gun...They just bought this home, their dream home...”
“Their lives were cut too short.”
“He shoots your son in law first, then shoots her and puts a blanket over their bodies because he ‘respected’ them.”
“He hasn’t got respect for them, for life...”
Howie talks also about violent incidents Taveras
had while in jail, threats, etc.
“Isn’t that amazing?”
“The DA tries to keep him in prison but the judge
cuts him free and now two people are dead, including
your daughter.”

Howie says Mitt appointed the judge because he thought she’d be tough on crime...a caller says Mitt has to address this.
Caller also asks if there’s some way we could switch to
elected judges. Howie: no way that would happen.
Of course, that "Gee, I'm really special" syndrome affects elected officials to!
The Fri. ping. Avi Nelson filling in IIRC
