IMO, it is in ~our~ best interst to keep both of them in. After watching the debate, I concluded that there are several candidates who would be stronger than either of the two leaders. This is especially true if we should be the hit by a terrorist strike or some other international trauma should erupt, e.g. an attack by Israel on Iran or complete chaos in Pakistan.

Much better to face Hillary or Obama in these circumstances than to face, say, Biden or Dodd, who could look viable in a hurry.

Really, I'd prefer to see Obama get the nomination, because I think his callowness trumps his "charisma." In the meantime, I'd like to see him and Hillary, along with the despicable Edwards, bash each other and have a contest to see who can get furtherest to the left.
