Anyone think it mere coincidence that the scumbag drug dealer was indicted two weeks before the Ramos/Compean appeal hearing?
Johnny Satan has had almost three years to indict this crim. We’re supposed to believe that he lacked sufficient evidence until this week?
I suspect Johnny is trying to make himself look less bad before the court.
The indictment reported a couple days ago was for an incident in oct 2005 where they found drugs at a drop house and while questioning the owner he implicated Davila.
That even was 2 years ago, not 3. This indictment is NOT for the drug smuggling related to the shooting.
Right - I think the Bush/Sutton open-borders cabal hasn’t even begun to see the worst of it yet. One of the congressmen on Lou Dobbs who clearly intimated that Sutton can and should be investigated for his improper handling of the case is Ted Poe (R-TX),who was a federal judge for six years. In other words, he’s not just politicizing but he knows the legal issues involved, and seems intent on pursuing the matter.
