There was a story circulating a few weeks ago about the LATimes sitting on a scandal about some candidate. I don’t think it was every disclosed, maybe that’s what Novak’s got wind of through the Clinton campaign.

So I was down in DC this past weekend and happened to run into a well-connected media person, who told me flatly, unequivocally that “everyone knows” The LA Times was sitting on a story, all wrapped up and ready to go about what is a potentially devastating sexual scandal involving a leading Presidential candidate. “Everyone knows” meaning everyone in the DC mainstream media political reporting world. “Sitting on it” because the paper couldn’t decide the complex ethics of whether and when to run it. The way I heard it they’d had it for a while but don’t know what to do. The person who told me )not an LAT person) knows I write and didn’t say “don’t write about this”.
Keeping secrets is not in a reporter's job description. Finding out secrets and printing them is what they are paid to do.
I wonder if this is the same story the L.A. Times allegedly is sitting on?
This site is as rabid about the Hillary/FBI file thing as the DU is about Cheney/Halliburton and Rove/Bush’sBrain, etc. Hillary has so much socialist substance to attack ... why do we harp on the bugaboos and her ankles and her pantsuit? Sheesh.

Let me add the caveat that this was supposed to have happened recently, within the last 2 or 3 months, but I cannot find references for the fact.
Recall all those many comments when he was supposedly trying to decide if he should run or not, about his “good looks”. They (his people who egged on the MSM) went way over the top with that. I bet all that talk didn’t come from nowhere.
Notice nobody talks about his “fantastic good looks” anymore. That’s because the MSM caught onto his secret and didn’t want to out him by over doing it since he was then subsequently running for president- so they dropped it like a hot potato.

The non-report report effect— a Clinton waaaar room blue- plate special. The Clintons got what the wanted. News coverage there exists a damaging secret about Obama (which they deny having/propagating).
One of these non-stories focusing on opponents negative (even in denial)each week will do quite nicely. Hillary owes Novack a Lincoln Bedroom visit free of charge.
