I thought that West Texas raised a large number of lambs. Maybe they’d taste better than Idaho lamb?
It has been a while since we raised lamb for FFA & 4H, the best lamb I have ever had. The designation of what is lamb and what is mutton makes a difference.
Some countries have an age limit of 6 months old for lamb as opposed to the US of up to one year.
I always wondered why ALL lamb I have ever seen for sale is from NZ. NOt like there is a shortage of lambs in the US, is there?
