Shooting has nothing to do with the castle doctrine. True, but it has everything to do with Texas law as it existed before the recent "castle doctrine" law was passed and as it remains now.

From ever comment I have read you are wrong, do you have any court cases where the law you state has been reviewed and a court precedent and interruption set.
