Suing the hospital is meaningless. Tort reform, don't you know?

Medical boards? Don't make me laugh! You don't seriously think that they care about poor medical care?

If you think that this is criminal behavior, just try to interest the DA. You won't. You will only succeed in making yourself a suspect person whom the DA will try to find a reason to indict you.

Your bias is certainly showing.
No one has let the hospital I practice in or doctors in my state know they cannot be sued - frivolous lawsuits to win the jury lottery are still flying. It is apparent you do not like tort reform, but you should try it from the other side for a while - your opinion might change
And lawsuits are still being won so someone must be able to sue successfully

You're right. The law stinks and nobody cares! It's all political cover-your-butt. It is not about justice at all. (I used to work in Torts myself.)

This lady will have to wait until Judgment Day for justice, because the clock is ticking on her right now. Some things you just have to allow God to handle. At least He's a Judge that can't be bought off or blackmailed and his Ruling won't have an appeal process either.
