“I think...that the Scots...just may be the people who don’t give in.”
Sadly, a friend of mine just emigrated from Scotland (he came here for love) and, although he is a very decent guy, he is the most PC euro-lefite that I have ever met. He seems to have the will to “resist” the English, but not the muslims, or anybody else, for that matter.
I am slowly getting him to turn from the (leftie) dark side. Its all he has ever known, the UK being what it is.
The Scots strike me as having bought aboard socialism far more than Americans, sad to say.
