It was Kathleen Willey who is just now putting out a book about her ordeals with the Clinton Machine. She was just on the Michael Medved show and she said it was a raccoon skull, not her dead cats head. Her cat did go missing shortly after a stranger stopped her on the street and asked how her cat was by name, then saying "she was a nice cat. Willey never saw the cat again.

The stranger also asked about her kids by name and about some friends of hers by name. It was a not-so-thinly-vieled threat.
