Thank you. :)
Thank you, Miss Kitty! That’s a pretty flag background behind ‘you’ in your frame. :)
How nice to see you and your awesome military pictures again. Have missed them.
Thank you, GeeBee. It’s brisk and cool here in the mornings, which I love!
Beautiful mums! I need to get new flowers for my pots, but the geraniums are still blooming and pretty, so I usually wait and get pansies for the winter months after geraniums are spent.
Thank you again for our daily word, Rus.

READ: John 3:1-8
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name . . . by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
An old spiritual warns, Everybody talkin bout heaven aint goin there. Since heaven is Gods dwelling place where His presence and glory are manifested in all their splendor, He has the sovereign right to determine who will be admitted and under what conditions. Any other beliefs about the how and why of admission into heaven are sadly mistaken.
Take, for example, the confidence expressed by a well-known actress. Questioned about her faith, she replied, I pray. I read the Bible. Its the most beautiful book ever written. I should go to heaven; otherwise its not nice. I havent done anything wrong. My conscience is very clean. My soul is as white as those orchids over there, and I should go straight, straight to heaven.
God alone determines who goes straight to heaven. In the Bible, Gods holy Word, He tells us that only those who have trusted in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior will be admitted. The apostle Peter said, Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Self-judgment regarding the purity of ones soul and ones heaven-deserving character is not the criterion. Only Gods Word gives us the standard for admission.
Amen. Thank you for our daily bread, Mayor.
Thank you, Gee Bee!..It was just right yesterday to get out and wash down the patio and get myself soaking wet..I have so many youpon holly berries this year that are falling as well as leaves..
Thank you, Billie..Lovely..I fear my pink dogwood leaves will be gone by Thanksgiving..The deep red leaves have been beautiful this year..I do have a youpon tree loaded with berries that also can be viewed from the dining table..Looking out at the ravine one would hardly know it’s fall...so much green. I just see more sky where the leaves have fallen.
My neighbor has a corner lot where he placed pots of red geraniums in front of a utility box..Perfect sunny spot and they definitely have beautified that corner.
My Pleasure.

Thank you, (((Kitty}}}
I did some close bird watching yesterday and saw a nuthatch at the feeder..I finally grabbed my binoculars to make sure, but he was faster at grabbing the seed and flying away than a titmouse..and they are fast..I saw in my birdbook that I saw one last in 94...I haven’t seen a “new” bird in awhile so I was so excited! One of my blessings.

I haven’t Ever Seen a Nuthatch Here at the King’s Ranch, but Saw One Years Ago at my Dad’s House, and it was a Very Cute Bird. Our Lord has Created So Many Awesome Things!
