Sadly enough, I've heard that right here on FR. Several times. I've believed in this all along and have said so on here on here, only to have some FReepers tell me I was "deluded," "over-optimistic," "too idealistic," and my favorite...my vision is "skewed" because of where I am. (More than one has said that!)

I've heard many great stories about Iraq from returning troops and realize the DBM dare not report this. Rush had a soundbite one or two weeks ago about Charlie Gibson on the evening news concluding with a statement like:
"And in Iraq, well there is no news". He may as well have said 'well there is no BAD news for me to report.'

Well I usually ignore those blowhards.. Me attitude is this.. I’m not there nor do I get any intelligence reports do I usually keep my mouth shut when it comes to the matters of prosecuting a war..
