The Climate Institute is an independent body formed in 2005 to educate the public about climate change and promote practical solutions. READ: The Climate Institute is an falming Liberal Organization body formed in 2005 to brainwash, scare and makeup bogus statistics about climate change and demand Economic Taxation to promote solutions that can't work in any area other than the windmills of their own minds!

“If any human being believes that man could have stopped cataclysmic events from the distant geologic past, he belongs in a rubber room.”
I never thought about it that way: You’re right.

Pure, unadulterated crap. CO2 concentrations have been much, much higher before man was around.

Purely from memory, Skylab crashed earlier than expected in 1977 or 1978 because the Sun heated up the atmosphere, expanding it, creating drag, etc. The term "Bermuda High" became well known because of baseball being played in sweltering mid-90 degree temps.
Then I distinctly remember the Winters of 1979 and 1980 as being unusually cold, at least in the NE. The main advantage being that it killed off those dang tent caterpillars because of the extended deep freezes.
