Judith Regan supposedly was the woman in that little love nest with Kerik overlooking the 9/11 site.

She may have overheard or even recorded Kerik's end of some damaging conversations. Here's a sample:

Kerik: "Rudy, I know we need to wrap this up but we still can't find that gold!"

Kerik: "Well, okay, Rudy, I guess we can pull the firefighters off the search now that we found the gold but they're going to throw a complete fit about it. Okay, I know you don't care about that. I'll do it even if I have to use the cops to drag them away."

Kerik is a snake. Rudi is a snake. And Regan is a snake but a very clever one, well-acquainted with playing hardball.
