We always do the tin foil tent over the bird and remove towrds the end. I wouldn’t mind cooking up a 20 pounder, maybe for new years and have a good feed. The deep fryer kettles get the job done pretty quick and good too..

I have always thought that NASCAR should have their last race of the season on Thanksgiving day. Now that would give all fans something to watch.

Hi Everyone!!! Long time, no chats as the weekends seem to just get filled by club racing, lowes/home depot visits, and wifey run-arounds!
