Agreed. A couple of coward officers here that should be riding a desk or given the boot (neither will likely happen).
Any reason they shouldn't be prosecuted? If you or I cut through someone's yard and kill someone's dog, we would be. If a police officer has no legitimate reason for entering a person's yard, why should he be treated any differently?
