None of the Rudy-philes have ever responded to any of my questions regarding that scenario!
Does anyone really doubt that poor Rudy will start to feel poorly around July of 2008?
Why would any self-declared Republican voter seriously consider Rudy G for POTUS in the nomination phase?
That same question applies to the other top two liberal MSM favorite news/entertainment/poll worthy RINO candidates, McCain and Romney.
If we really are all trained to vote for the lessor of two evils for POTUS, perhaps it is time we pay the price for our folly.
What happens if post-convention Rudy becomes the Republican nominee, the MSM dumps their garbage truck full of "goodies" on Rudy and he either has to or chooses to decide he no longer wishes to be the Republican candidate for President? Do the Republicans take the runner-up to the nomination, Rudy's VP, or be forced to resort to a write-in campaign? Can the courts rule like they have with nominees for other offices that it's too late and the Republicans are stuck with Rudy even though his negatives are higher than his positives?
Just curious. Does anybody know?
