The fake man made global warming scam might kill more people than banning DDT for fake reasons.

How is it that Al Gore can get away with the demonstrably false claims made in his movie, which is still being used by the left all over the world to terrorize school children?

Because the left deals only in feeeeeeeeeeeelings. Facts mean nothing.

There’s a lot of money in global warming. Scientists who know better still can’t help themselves when it’s about government grants coming their way to “research” and find solutions to problems that are non-existent. And for the UN it’s a gold mine of wealth and increased power waiting to tap.

Beware of the half-truth — you may have gotten the wrong half.

He is also a very rich man. In his radio program yesterday, Mark Levin claimed that Al Gore is now worth $100 million, up from $1 million when he left office. Al Gore reported earned $30 million from pre IPO stock options in Google for his services on the Google board. Al also made $6 million from Apple stock options. I would like to see an accounting of the other $63 million. Maybe Al Gore will claim that he invented search engines and portable digital entertainment.

I notice an interesting pattern about rats who multiply their wealth by two orders of magnitude. SHE needs lessons from Al as SHE started from a low base. I wonder when SHE will catch up to Al.

Who is Mr. Prager speaking of, as only little children with their gorepods and gorecasts are the scant few that could see algore as something different. Others see algore as a fat, old, loser, has-been...

Come on, Al, run. Save us from impending doom.

If you really mean what you say, run. Put yourself in position of power to do something besides accept Academy Awards. No political power to effectuate “climate change” in that.

Prove to us it’s real, Al. Put it all on the line for the sake of humanity. You owe it to us. We are the world.

All carbon credits are not equal.

Our US moonbats pay only $12/ton; Eurohippies pay $27/ton.

It’s an easy way to make money, setup a phony crisis then create companies that exist to solve it. A quick look to see who’s investing in their stocks would most likely tell us all we need to know. Not saying Ecobusinesslinks is doing that but it doesn’t change what a scam global warming is.

Bingo! You nailed it. Environmentalism is a religion, and reality shall not be allowed to get in the way of devotion to the cause.

When pressed on the “facts”, most of these nuts will say something like: “It makes sense to be careful with our natural resources and if you have to stretch the facts a little bit to get peoples attention; what’s the harm?

All carbon credits are not equal.

Either way, anybody that actually buys them, uncoerced by government, is an idiot.

The power generation sector has been juggling these 'carbon offsets' for years. It all began with the EPA and the Clean Air Act. Most US utilities have a mixed generation of fossil, hydro and nuclear. The fossil plants (we call them dirt burners) were targeted by the government 30+ years ago because of the smoke being released from the burning of, mainly, coal. (remember acid rain?)

Well, the first thing the government did was to require that all dirt burners install some version of a 'scrubber'. These scrubbers simply filtered the air before it reached the smoke stack, however, because there is no free lunch, the particles that were scrubbed from the air were mixed with water to form a slurry and pumped to a silt pond.

Finally, some genius government employee or politician came up with the idea of carbon offsets (there's Renewable Portfolio Standards, RPS, Renewable Energy Credits, REC's, etc). Each utility was allowed a certain amount of carbon emissions based on their base load (after all, the citizens still need power), however, they were required (encouraged?) to build non carbon emitting electrical generation facilities, e.g. wind farms, to try to 'offset' their carbon emissions.

Utilities without existing renewable resources or nuclear facilities discovered that it was much more cost effective to buy carbon credits from other utilities that had a surplus rather than invest in renewable or nuclear.

In other words, just like AlGore's carbon offsets, it's a joke and I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't get the whole idea from his days when he was in Washington and watching the utility farce play out.
