I think we can pretty much predict that the LA school system will be the first to completely fail because of parent-teacher relations. By the time that Latinos figure out the racial game...the black majority will turn into a minority....and even the remaining whites will question how anything can function in this “multi’cultural” world.

My guess is that we have three to four years at best...before total failure. Even the Fed’s coming into that region...won’t be able to stop the mess.

Wait a minute, Latinos have figured out the racial game (see L.A. mayor Villaraigosa and CA Assembly Speaker Nunez for prime examples). That phase is over. Next up is how the entire country doesn't descend into the same multicultural cluster****.
