Actual RINO’s believe in bigger government. Many Republicans simply believe that they must follow a RINO to victory because American voters won’t elect a small government conservative, especially a social conservative.
I am listing. You just told me that most Republicans opposed big, nanny government but still demand more and more government programs and don't connect the two. The RINOs want more and more government programs, and are honest about admitting it's going to mean more big, nanny government.
