Giuliani is a risky candidate for the GOP!
Conservatives are split and the winter primaries are likely to be equally split. Although Rudy leads handily in the polls, he probably won't win enough states to win the nomination. Sadly, it will likely come down to a vote on the floor at the national convention. Then, who knows which candidate will represent the GOP in '08?
If one of these "conservative" candidates doesn't do something to set his self apart from the rest of the field, and soon, we might just see the ugliest convention in GOP history.

Many conservatives and Republicans have bought into the idea that to win a national election you have to move to the center.
Moving to the so called "center" means sacrificing principles to appease the socialist left to garner as many votes as possible simply for the sake of winning. This has been occurring for many years. Conservatives don't sacrifice their principles. Consequently the GOP has abandon Conservatives and has aligned its political ideology with the socialist Democrats. Republicans must end their "centrist" movement and return to what once was its Conservative base if it has any chance of getting the Conservative vote.

Has anyone heard as to whether or not the NRA will be endorsing a candidate prior to the Primary’s, and is there any scuttlebutt as to who they will back?
